Costello lança álbum de country em 1º de junho

Elvis Costello - à direita numa imagem de Alice Arnold - vai lançar em 1º de junho de 2009 um álbum voltado para ritmos como o country e o bluegrass. Intitulado Secret, Profane and Sugarcane, o disco foi gravado em três dias num estúdio de Nashville - a meca do country norte-americano - com produção T Bone Burnett. No repertório, o cantor revisita um tema do repertório de Bing Crosby (1903 - 1977) - Changing Partners, a faixa que fecha o disco - e apresenta sua segunda parceria com Loretta Lynn, I Felt the Chill.
